In June of each year, approximately 200 new physicians come to Salt Lake City to continue their medical training in various programs and specialties at the University of Utah. Partners in Medicine (PIM) created this website to assist them in finding housing around the University while they are here for training.

We do not provide a comprehensive listing of housing options. We collect information from landlords and homeowners willing to pay a nominal fee to advertise their properties on our website for an opportunity to sell or rent to the incoming house staff.

NOTE: We do not investigate properties or guarantee any of the information contained on this site. The landlords and homeowners have not been investigated, approved, or endorsed by PIM. We recommend not signing a lease or purchasing any property without first viewing and inspecting it yourself.


LANDLORDS, REALTORS, AND HOMEOWNERS:

Thank you for your interest in helping our incoming physicians find quality affordable housing.  The majority of these physicians look for housing in the months of March through June, so this is the best time to post a property ad.

Our Online Property Manager is user friendly and provides a variety of features including multiple picture upload and integration with Mapquest.

We are currently accepting listing submissions. The cost per listing is $25 for 180 days. This fee helps maintain our database.

For those who have listed with us in the past, you will have to create a new username and password and update your personal information in our database.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS CURRENT AND ACCURATE, especially your email address, as that is how prospective buyers may contact you, and how we may contact you with payment information, listing confirmation and expiration notification.

Also, please consider becoming a Preferred Realtor or Mortgage Loan Officer. Advertising space is available for purchase, which will run for one full year starting March 18th, 2010 on http://www.utahpim.com/realtor.html.

Our PREMIUM LISTING is $350 and includes:
